Q. I cancelled my membership, why did I lose access to my coupons?
I cancelled my premium membership and now all my coupons are gone. Can I get them back?

If you decide to cancel, your coupons won’t be available for use during checkout, and they won’t show up in your account center anymore. Remember, your membership needs to be active for you to use the coupons.
But here’s the good news:
If you ever need to cancel your membership, you have options. You can either use your coupons before canceling or simply reactivate your account down the road. Your coupons will be waiting for you safely in your account center. Just keep in mind, all coupons have an expiration date, and they’ll be removed after one year.
It’s a bit like how Netflix or Hulu works:
If you cancel your subscription, those movies and shows you were planning to watch won’t be accessible until you decide to reactivate your account.
