We totally get it, sometimes things change, and you might need to cancel your premium membership. No worries! Here’s what you should know:

If you decide to cancel, your coupons won’t be available for use during checkout, and they won’t show up in your account center anymore. Remember, your membership needs to be active for you to use the coupons.

But here’s the good news:

If you ever need to cancel your membership, you have options. You can either use your coupons before canceling or simply reactivate your account down the road. Your coupons will be waiting for you safely in your account center. Just keep in mind, all coupons have an expiration date, and they’ll be removed after one year.

It’s a bit like how Netflix or Hulu works:

If you cancel your subscription, those movies and shows you were planning to watch won’t be accessible until you decide to reactivate your account.

There are 7 ways to get earn rewards while your Premium Membership is active. All credits are stored in your account and are available for you to use at anytime. The credits will appear on the checkout page and you will have the option to apply them to your total price while checking out.

1 credit = $1

Here are 7 ways to be rewarded with credits:
1. Membership renews (once a month) = 1 credit each time
2. Leave a product review = 1 credit each (Don’t abuse this. read below)
3. Have an active membership on your birthday (must fill in birth date) = 15 credits
4. Spend over $20 = 1 credit
5. Spend over $50 = 2 credits
6. Spend over $65 = 3 credits
7. Spend over $100 = 5 credits

1. Membership Renewal. Your membership is set to renew once a month. Most likely on the 1st of each month. At that time you will receive your monthly coupon for the free graphic and also 1 credit ($1).

2. Product Reviews. As a premium member, any time you leave a review on a product that you purchased either free or paid you will receive 1 credit ($1). You must be a verified buyer of the product to leave a review. Please do not abuse this by copy and pasting the same review into each product that you have purchased. Help us out and be thoughtful. Use the following questions as a primer to any reviews you leave.

What type of project did you use the file on?
Was it easy to open the file?
Were the design assets easy to change?
Did it save you time?
Did the quality of the graphics meet your expecations?

Answering the above questions in a review is helpful to us. If you abuse the credit system with generic and repeated reviews, we will remove your credits 🙁

3. Your Birthday. As a premium member, if you have your birthday date filled in you will be rewarded with 15 credits ($15) on your birthday. You can fill in your birth date on the checkout page or on your Account Details » page. On your Account Details page, make sure ALL of the password fields are blank or it will also try to reset your password and throw and error. Make sure the birthday fields are filled out correctly. You only get to set this once and there is no way to change it.

4. Spend $20. As a premium member, any time your check out total is $20 or more on an order you will receive 1 credit total ($1).

5. Spend $50. As a premium member, any time your check out total is $50 or more on an order you will receive 2 credits total ($2).

6. Spend $65. As a premium member, any time you spend $65 or more on an order you will receive 3 credits total ($3)

7. Spend $100. As a premium member, any time you spend $100 or more on an order you will receive 5 credits total ($5)

You can update the payment information in your account area. Once you are logged into your account go to the tab named “Payment Methods” Once you are on this page you can add a new payment method by clicking the button “add payment method”. From this page you can also delete your old and unused payment methods.

Sorry to see you go 🙁 You can cancel your premium membership in your account area. Go to the following link. schoolofracinggraphics.com/my-account. Be sure you are logged in. Once you are on your account page, click the “memberships” tab. Once you are in your membership area, click the tab “manage” from this page you can cancel your membership by clicking the cancel button. Your membership will be active through the end of your last payment period and then will be deactivated.

There are a couple of things you can do to locate the premium membership coupon code if you lost, misplaced or never received the email in your inbox.

1. Whitelist our email address “schoolofracinggraphics@gmail.com”. This will guarantee our emails land in your inbox. This process will be different depending on which email provider you use. Search google or youtube on how to whitelist in your specific email provider.

2. Search your email. If your email account is like mine. Sometimes emails can get buried and are difficult to find. The email subject line will be “School of Racing Graphics Premium Membership” for the initial membership sign up or “Coupon – School of Racing Graphics Premium Membership” when your membership renews. Search for both of those subject lines. You can also search for the email address schoolofracinggraphics@gmail.com.

3. Check your spam folder for the discount emails. Even if our emails regularly show up in your inbox. Your spam filter may not like something in the subject line or email content and consider it junk or spam.

4. Your coupon codes are listed in your membership area. If you can’t find it in your email, check there. See image. If the coupons here have already been used then they will not work at checkout and you will have to wait until your new coupon is added to your account at the time of your next renewal. These coupons will not disappear after you use them. The ones listed in your account may already have been used. They will be removed once they fully expire and are deleted from the database (1 year)

5. If the above options don’t work out, Contact us on the support page. We will make sure that you get your discount. It will be most helpful if you contact us using the email address that is associated with your membership.

** If you cancel your account your coupons will no longer appear in your account center or will be able to be used during checkout. Your membership must be active to use your coupons. Premium membership is a subscription based service. When cancelled the benefits are lost. If you need to cancel your membership you can either use your coupons first or reactive your account at a later date and your coupons will be in your account center. All coupons expire and are removed after 1yr.

For Paypal
If you signed up with Paypal as your payment processor, your coupon code will not be delivered until the date that corresponds with your initial sign up. If you signed up on the 15th of January, you will then receive your coupon code on the 15th of every month after your initial sign up.

For Credit Cards
If you pay by credit card your renewal will be pro-rated to the 1st of the month. On the first of the month you can expect to receive your new coupon code with a successful renewal.
